Background​

The Customer is a global enterprise RPA solution and platform provider which , brings robotic process automation to industries worldwide. To help scale and meet the needs of a rapidly growing business, Customer launched an HR technology-enabled transformation effort. Customer was deploying Workday HCM and designing globally consistent HR processes. Given the focus of its business, Client is also embedding RPA, aka Digital Workers, into its future state HR processes and technology.​
